7:34PM-RT opens the floor to
accept nominations for Board Chairperson;
7:34:30PM-BT nominates Herb
for Chairman-PP 2nd;
7:34:45PM-BT nominates Ira
for Chairman-No 2nd;
7:35PM-HD moves to close
nominations;
7:35:30PM-all in favor of HD
continuing as Chair;
7:36PM-HD opens floor for
nominations for Clerk;
7:36:30PM-IT nominates SB-HD
2nd;
7:37PM-all in favor of SB
continuing as Clerk;
RT explains duties of
Truancy Officer have been performed in the past by Andy Paradee.
7:39PM-IT nominates Andy
Paradee to continue as Truancy Officer-all in favor-RT will notify Andy;

agreed that Board Meetings will be on the 2nd & 4th
Mondays of each month;

After discussion it was
agreed that two Board members should be on each Committee-a primary and an
alternate-assignments as follows:
Curriculum Committee: Ira & Pat;
Policy Committee: Pat & Becky;
Negotiations Committee: Herb & Scott;
Personnel Committee: Becky & Ira;

GRADE REQUEST FOR CLASS TRIP
-RT brought forward a
request from the 8th grade for 3 days off for a class trip to PA
Civil War sites & Fun Park-Required Educational Component verified-Board
approved trip.
