Born in the Congo, I have had the opportunity to live and travel around the world. I currently live in Alburgh on the Canadian border. I enjoy gardening, love to cook and enjoy long walks with my dogs. I have been married to my husband, Jim, for an amazing 37 years. I have 2 sons, a grandson and granddaughter. I studied at Berkley College in New York City. My work experience has been varied and includes working for attorneys and being lucky enough to own and operate a country store in Alburgh and a restaurant in Portland, Oregon. All my experience has prepared me for the challenging position I have at the Grand Isle School—helping make each school day run smoothly, making sure there are #2 pencils for the NECAPs, supporting the principal and staff, and being there for students. No two days are ever the same and I do love my job.
